"Don't Count Me Out!" Reframing Failure Into Fuel for Resilience
One of MDC's key changemaking attributes is resilience: the ability to endure and persevere through challenging experiences, gaining insight and developing personal agency in the process. At the root of resilience is the ability to reframe how we perceive and experience failures, mistakes, and missteps. This workshop will engage students in reflecting on how they've engaged with struggles of their past, and will teach them skill to reframe those experiences in the future.
